1 minute after my van was put on the truck, I asked Don to take it to Beach Ford instead of Firestone, and he told me that the purchase order was already written to Firestone, so there was nothing he could do. The place I requested it go was the same distance, but he goes ahead and drops it at Firestone instead of doing the right thing and making sure his customer is happy. Come to find out, he runs the company! And there's nothing you could do, Don, to get the van to a different location when you were only 1 minute down the road? Don's explanation was that he wouldn't "get his money" if he dropped it off anywhere else. Ridiculous! I called my insurance company and they told me that he would have just had to call them to change the purchase order. If you're ever broken down in VA Beach, DO NOT USE A&W TOWING! Don is a lazy liar who only cares about getting his money, and does not care about providing quality service.

Waited 2 hours and we still don't have the car. . Slip shod place.. just a gait with a lock and the owner doesn't care enough to have help available to care for the clients. .
