I Called my insurance company to have my vehicle towed, and i was informed that first choice towing would be out to pick me up within 45 minutes... Well a hour and a half past and still no truck so i called them and they said someone is enroute and would be there in 5-10 mins well another hour and a half past and still no truck, so i called back again and was told that the driver was a mile away and would be there in less then 5 minutes, well in the meantime my insurance company called back to make sure everything was going ok and i told them that i was still sitting on the side of the road waiting for the tow truck and they put me on hold to confirm where the tow truck was and came back and told me that they should arrive in less then 5 mins, well another hour past and i called my insurance company back and asked if they could send someone else out because i have been sitting on the side of the road for 5 hours now and they said, let me call another provider and see how quick i can ge
