Driver was great, was there when he was on time, truck was new and clean, tow was less then told on phone

 Waited 2 hours and we still don't have the car. . Slip shod place.. just a gait with a lock and the owner doesn't care enough to have help available to care for the clients. .

 The customer service was terrible. The owners son shows up late for our appt. Is bothered that he's working on a Sunday & incredibly rude. I ask to speak to a manager, he puts me on the phone with his Mom who then puts me on the phone with her husband & I learn where the son gets his arrogant attitude from. They don't accept credit cards & act like it's not their problem that the banks are closed on Sundays. I wouldn't call these people if it was the only place to call. Hopefully, their horrible customer service puts them out of business soon, but corrupt business seem to always find a loop hole.

 While it is unfortunate that towing services are needed, I am very satisfied with my experiences with Phoenix Towing. Besides the occasional car breaking down, I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. The police will call a tow truck to the scene but thank goodness I knew that I could call a company that I trust. I couldn't be happier with their service as they are quick to respond, reliable, honest and their drivers are very courteous and helpful. A big shout out and thanks to Phoenix Towing - highly recommended.

 My car broke down on top of La Veta Pass at 9:00 pm, I called Joey's and within 40 min there Cold Weather Response vehicle was at my side, I never heard of this before. This vehicle had heated blankets,hot chocolate, and a lot of first aid EQP. The driver was certified in CPR & firts aid this made me feel safe for the driver was more concerned about me and my kids helth then my vehicle. We got into this vehicle and waited for joeys tow truck to arive, there was no extra cost for the cold weather respose unit. I would like to thank Joeys Towing for puting my family first. The weather was -30 deg.

 Hey, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your blog site in Opera, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, great blog!

 I parked my vehicle under the awning of a hotel named main stay because I had no other place to park. There are no signs inside or outside of hotel or verbal notification saying I can't park under the awning on one side leaving room for others. It was towed on a Sunday and when I called to get it they infomered me they are closed to pick up until Monday and another $50 will be charge for a day of storage. I was also to I couldn't get my Medicene or computer out because it's not her problem as she hung the phone up on me. This customer service, or lack of is why I'm informing all motorist to stay clear of this place when needing service, as you won't get it.

 Car was at local business called Insurance and they call the towing company. Was very pleased with them. The driver was very nice. Would highly recomend them.

 I can't believe how rude they are. I'm still in shock that someone would speak to a Customer that way! At 7:30 in the morning, when your key is locked in your car, it is not a pleasant experience. The person who I spoke to was MIKE. It was the Princeton location-(When I asked where he was located, he said I didn't need to know that) The service was cancelled through Roadside Assistance and the Car Dealer noted the complaint.
